Chapter 43 – Side Story – Silnia’s Table
Silnia woke up with a tingling feeling.
I couldn’t sleep yesterday, so I kept tossing and turning, and it seemed to be to blame.
As expected, I should have used my hand in advance if I didn’t want to sleep at all.
“Would you like to sleep better… ?”
The body is heavy.
It felt like I was drooping, as if I had armor on my body.
But soon, when she heard a growling sound from her stomach, she kicked the covers in annoyance.
“Okay! You can go out to eat.”
My stomach rocked once as my feet hit the floor.
Silnia groaned, then hugged her stomach with her hands.
The elf stared at his abdomen, which had changed completely from before.
The eight-month-old baby has already grown in the stomach to the point that it is difficult for the mother to move quickly.
Not only that, but sometimes, when there was a complaint, he would kick the inside of the tuk-tuk as if protesting.
It’s definitely time now, but I kicked my womb once for asking why I didn’t eat.
Silnia put on her clothes, thinking that she didn’t know who the fuck was this because she resembled her personality.
The clothes she picked up were not the short shorts and tight-fitting shirts she had worn while traveling.
Like other pregnant women, the clothes provided here were modified to be comfortable.
At least, he had some dexterity and made clothes that people could wear, but it was embarrassing to even call the ones worn by the demon king as replacement clothes.
When I tucked my head in to put on the top and lowered it, it caught on my chest slightly.
This one point can be said to be the only benefit of a fucking pregnancy.
The curve that was only created because the chest that was small enough that the devil asked where the hell was the back was swollen!
Elated at the fact, as she finished dressing, the baby inside kicked her in the stomach once more.
“I got it!”
Sylnia went out with a pleasant voice and annoyed.
When we left, we saw that there were already quite a few people out.
Maybe you woke up later than expected.
After washing her face and pushing her back to the end of the meal, she headed to the table.
“Sylnia. Did you sleep well?”
Hernán raised his hand while talking to Potty.
Sylnia just nodded her head, feeling that her heart ached for no reason.
After that, I carefully sat down in my seat so as not to shock my stomach, and checked what the food of the day was.
It was a dish in the form of a soup with intense color, and the meat was missing.
For some reason, there was a strong smell of spices from the moment it came out.
Yesterday, did you sleep with the horned demon bitch, not the carnivorous rabbit that Ernan is talking about?
Silnia looked at the dish the demon king called curry and glanced at Hernan and the tired face of the demon king once again.
When I met Sharpie’s eyes, I deliberately frowned in displeasure and then put my hand on the table.
The saintess kindly greeted Silnia as she slowly reached out to the fork.
“Did you sleep well, Sylnia?”
“It’s just okay… Who is the warrior?”
“Maybe he will come out soon? You seem to have been having trouble sleeping lately.”
Sylnia held the fork in her hand and took a picture of the unidentified meat in the red soup.
“Okay? Does that human bitch have problems like that?”
“Sylnia… How about having a meal when everyone comes out?”
The elf opened his mouth.
But that wasn’t to answer the saintess who was talking about table etiquette, but to put the meat in front of her.
Um, is this beef?
Marina awkwardly opened her mouth as she watched Silnia move her jaw slowly.
“Sylnia? Is morning sickness over?”
“Huh. It lasted longer than I thought, but it ended two months ago anyway.”
The well-cooked beef is slightly tough, but the overall flavor is good.
Other meats were usually covered by the smell of spices, so the smell was completely killed, or the unique smell of gear nose was left throughout the food.
However, this flavor, which only comes from cow meat, survives even in the spice mix, and makes the whole dish permeate the subtle taste that rolls on the tongue.
Silnia gulped down her meat and answered Marina.
“But as a doctor, you know better. Why ask?”
“No… I just want to eat really healthy.”
“I have one more mouth inside of me, so I can’t help it. Didn’t you get fat because you ate too much?”
While enjoying the strange pleasure of the taste in her mouth, Silnia happily asked her saintess a question.
Marina replied that, of course, she would gain some weight when she got pregnant, but the elf pointed to her belly protruding from between her saintly clothes and asked again.
“You’re the last one here to get pregnant, and you’re about the same size as me. Aren’t you fat too?”
“Is that so?”
The saintess of hers gently rubbed her stomach with her embarrassed face.
At the same time, he slightly pinched the other parts with his hand to see if he had gained weight.
“Well, I think I’ve gained a lot of weight too. Now that my stomach has come out like this, I should be able to see it if I lower my head, but it’s hidden by her breasts so I can’t see it.”
“… What’s hiding it so you can’t see it?”
In response to Silnia’s further question, Marina checked to see if Hernán was looking this way, and then she gently held her breast.
“Since the old days, when I gain weight, it starts to grow from here. My stomach has increased a lot these days…”
“Ha, that sucks.”
The elf averted her gaze from her saintess, feeling annoyed for some reason.
I should have added at least one more piece of meat before the food cooled down, so I just lost my strength.
The moment Silnia thought so, she just as her hero came out of her room with her pale face.
Hernan hurried away from Potty, whose expression hardened, and she returned to the other side of the elf.
Sharpie, as always, went to a table farther away and started eating alone.
“Did you sleep well?”
When Hernan greeted her, Carine immediately sat at the top of her table.
Even though her eyes were sunken, she looked perfect and didn’t even need to wash her face.
Silnia subtly touched her own hair and was relieved that her hair was not stretched out.
Meanwhile, Carine and Hernán were talking about something.
It was a small voice, but if you are blessed with the hearing of an elf, you can hear it.
“What? You said you slept with a wizard today, not the demon king?”
“Okay. You’re very weak. He looks worse today, so I have to nurse him.”
“Have Marina! L, do you know that you haven’t slept with me lately?”
Hernán’s breathing became slightly rough.
Instead of making eye contact with her Karine, he gulped her mouth while making eye contact with Silnia next to her.
“Do we really have to bring this up in the morning so other people can’t eat?”
“Then let’s talk in the evening.”
Silnia wonders how she does it every day, and she takes a picture of the meat before the warrior even gets her word out for a meal.
Right after that, Karine spoke in a strangely weak voice.
“Let’s eat.”
A piece of meat slipped into the elf’s mouth.
From the gravy that spreads in your mouth to the scent of spices that you have become quite accustomed to and can tolerate.
Beef is also delicious.
* * *
Sylnia is the one she loves the most in this forest.
It was under the spotlight that I felt sorry for.
Her own special room resembled her hometown, giving her peace of mind, but also reminding her of her strangely melancholy thoughts.
I might not be able to go back to the real forest, not this fake one.
If so, will I have to live with the child in the boat for the rest of my life?
Probably not for a lifetime.
You will die of old age sooner than me…
Silnia forced her tears to come out and put the food she had brought into her mouth.
“It was pork.”
The chunk that went into her mouth was pork.
The meat she ate when Silnia couldn’t eat anything due to her morning sickness, and when she first tried meat.
Although there were occasional smells, the mild softness and rich oil taste, completely different from vegetable oil, made it impossible not to eat it.
Especially, when I ate this meat, especially the fat part, I felt that the child liked it.
Silnia felt that the fact made her grumpy, and she said it loud enough for the child to hear.
“Hey! Eat a lot now. Because when you come out, I will only feed you vegetables.”
“You have to feed the baby first. At least humans do.”
Silnia raised her head in her astonishment.
There, she was looking down at herself as Hernan sat smiling bitterly.
“Were you here? I found you because you suddenly disappeared.”
For a long time, she was so focused on other thoughts and the taste in her mouth that she couldn’t see anyone.
Of course, it may also have played a part in that Hernán also had the skill to hide her presence.
Anyway, Silnia got irritated with Hernan who sneaked up on her.
“Do you want to see your child fall? Well, I don’t care, so I’ll do it more often in the future.”
Hernan said he was sorry and sat down next to him.
Silnia asked him as she put the scaffolded part in her mouth this time.
“How is the living room?”
I hear a faint sigh from the man next to me.
It seems that the atmosphere has been devastated again.
At the lunch we just had, Potty vomited and complained of stomach pain as soon as he started eating.
Since he was already weak, he often did this in places where the hero was not present, but this was the first time he showed off in front of a hero like this.
It was probably unbearably painful.
Hernán, who would not have done anything while watching her bravery in the past, went to her as soon as he saw her.
And that scratched the heart of the warrior who was sensitive today.
“Did the hero stop giving a damn about the wizard?”
To be honest, he didn’t want to be disturbed, so he secretly took the bowl with the most meat in it and fled to the special room.
It didn’t seem like a bad choice to feel a bit like going on a picnic.
“It stopped. Fortunately…”
Hernán made a suffocating expression for a moment, but soon returned to his normal face.
He grinned as he watched Silnia eat.
“For some reason, I thought there was less food. You took it and went.”
Silnia put her pork back into her mouth with her face asking what she was saying.
Regardless of the situation, the meat was very tasty.
Hernán looked at the figure blankly, then opened his mouth again.
“Does the meat taste good?”
“Not really. I’m eating this to survive, do you think I’m eating it because I like it? I am an elf!”
Silnia said plainly and pointed to her belly.
Hernán looked at the protruding belly of her belly button, and she listened to the elf.
“It is because there is a child with human blood. The child you forcibly made, you know I raise it while throwing away my appetite, right? If you have the right to wish later, you can’t refuse.”
Hernan slightly lowered his head and opened his mouth.
“What are you wishing for?”
“I’ll beg you to eat only vegetarian food until my next pregnancy.”
“I know how to refuse right away.”
Silnia snorted at her and put the last of her meat into her mouth.
It’s a shame.
She savored the taste of pork as much as she could, not knowing when it would come out again.
This soft yet chewy texture that can never be obtained from plants.
It’s a little lighter than beef, but it’s soggy and entangled, and even this smell that rises slightly…
If I go back to the forest, I’ll probably never eat again.
Silnia looked at the empty bowl with regret.
But she soon threw the bowl to the ground.
Because he is an elf
When I go back to the forest, I won’t think of any of this.
She won’t even have to tell anyone about her eating meat.
Even the child inside you, who will be raised here for a short time, will be forgotten as time passes.
As if the taste experienced a long time ago is forgotten.
Hernán asked softly, picking up the bowl that Silnia threw away from her.
“Actually, Carine and Potty barely ate, so we have some food left over. Wanna go eat?”
“I’m full.”
Saying so, Silnia grabbed the trunk of the tree behind her and lifted herself up.
“But the kid you wrapped up wants to eat more, so he keeps tapping his stomach.”
Hernán lightly touched her stomach, which contained her own child.
Silnia flicked her hand away and gestured toward her door.
Ernan and Silnia left the fake forest behind and left.
* * *
“How come different meats are served every meal today?”
Silnia muttered as she spat her chicken bones out of her mouth.
It, presumably a leg bone, fell onto the bowl with a cheerful sound.
On the other hand, Hero and Hernán were chewing on simple meals that came out by default, or unleavened bread that the demon king called naan.
Among them, Carine turned her head around as if she felt Silnia’s gaze.
She was almost frightened by the bloody look in her eyes, but she accepted it, thinking she hadn’t done anything wrong.
Karine looked at the pile of chicken bones in her Silnia bowl, and she asked with her eyebrows slightly narrowed.
“Are you really an elf?”
“What dog sounds again…”
Silnia glared at her champion, feeling that she was offended, but she didn’t mind and continued.
“He has a hot-tempered personality unlike other elves and only eats meat these days.”
“When did I only eat meat! Apart from meat…”
The vegetarian elf hurriedly rummaged through her memory.
Beef for breakfast.
Pork for lunch.
Chicken for dinner.
The chicken I just ate was good because the chewy and chewy parts were moderately harmonized.
However, as long as there is no smell, pork is the most delicious.
Beef isn’t bad either.
Oh, this is not it.
Silnia hurriedly erased her meat from her head as she remembered something else she had eaten.
“What is that, you ate chocolate or something from dessert. You said it was made from the fruit of a plant?”
“Cho, they said that chocolate contains butter extracted from milk.”
Potty, who felt better than lunch, said while glancing at the chocolate piled up in front of the demon king sitting far away with eager eyes.
When the Demon King informed Ernan that he had remembered the information that rabbits should not eat chocolate, Potty’s chocolate fasting order fell from that day on.
Since then, she has always looked at chocolate with such regretful eyes.
Sylnia replied with an expression of disapproval at Forty.
“Milk is cow’s milk, right? Even elves grow up eating milk, so that butter is fine!”
“Isn’t it the same as animal oil?”
Silnia’s face slowly turned red as she asked with her face, curious about her saintess.
“Do you think eating meat is the way I live? If you twist me like that, blame Hernan for impregnating me!”
When the story of her pregnancy came out, her table suddenly went quiet.
Silnia thought she had no idea why these things were doing this, and she took a drink.
In the meantime, Karine brought out her words.
“The next child will just get pregnant without resistance now, right?”
Silnia thought she was going to fuck more than two years today.
Does it bother you so much that you don’t see your lover often?
I’m sorry for nothing.
Silnia also replied nervously.
“I’ll give birth to one and think about it.”
“Why? They’re the kids you’ll throw away anyway. Do I need to worry?”
“Karine!”
Hernán lowered her voice and hurriedly called for her lover.
However, Karine continued to speak while biting at the small wound on her hand.
“Isn’t it better to get pregnant sooner and give birth sooner?”
Silnia felt anger welling up inside her.
Talking about her pregnancy or childbirth so easily is understandably upsetting.
But besides that, there was something more unpleasant.
Silnia didn’t bother to delve deeply into the cause of her displeasure.
Instead, she expressed those feelings out.
One of her chicken bones flew into Karine’s bowl.
After she saw the provocation that fell on the food she was eating, Carine glared at Silnia with her cold eyes.
“If you have any shit, let it go to your lover. Don’t yell at me.”
Karine stared at her sylnia and picked up her bone.
And she put strength on her fingers.
Chicken bones crumbled easily, like lean meat.
Of course, chicken bones break easily, but it was terrifying to be crushed without splitting like that.
It was like an act of showing off the power gap.
And in terms of interests, she had the upper hand.
“Elf.”
The hero began to lean towards the elf whose eyes were shaking badly.
Silnia hurriedly pulled herself up and tried to get away, but failed as her stomach was jammed against her table.
There’s a gap in her physical abilities, though, and she herself is pregnant.
I can’t think of a fight to keep my stomach from getting hurt.
Silnia hurriedly opened her mouth and she was about to say sorry.
“Carine.”
Hernán grabbed Carine’s shoulder and pulled.
She stopped leaning over and looked at her lover.
Hernan looked straight into Carine’s eyes and said.
“Sleep with me tonight. Haven’t I gone much in the meantime?”
From the side, I could clearly feel Potty’s regret.
It was a light sigh that only the elf himself could hear, so others probably couldn’t hear it.
On the other hand, the atmosphere before the explosion that Karine had been exuding instantly softened.
“Good. Wash up and come to my room.”
Carine grabbed Hernán’s hand and threw it away with her other hand.
Silnia sighed inwardly and put her chocolate in her hand.
Pregnant women told me not to eat a lot of this, but I felt like I should eat something.
Come to think of it, if I ate a lot of this, it seems like I couldn’t sleep well at night.
Silnia remembered Sharpie’s stuff in her room.
She has a big belly, so it’s hard to reach her hand, so it might be a good idea to write something on her chest.
Can you sleep well after going cool?
Silnia thought so and put her hand on her stomach.
She was plump because she ate a lot of meat.
Thinking it was a pleasant feeling, she continued rubbing her belly.
Even inside the boat, the same pleasant feeling of kick was transmitted.
The elf Silnia made a strange expression.
