Chapter 27 – A Warm Meal for a Tired Body With Beaubeam

While the rope trap placed the bag of equipment brought in from time to time on a table marked Lost and Found on one side of the dining room-cum-lobby, Yena took Minji and Jisoo out of her bathtub after they had been washed clean.

After the hunter team finished making the flour part of the pie, which they called pizza, they coated it with thick tomato sauce and topped it with sausage, pepperoni, and fragrant herbs. Finally, sprinkle enough mozzarella cheese as if it were a snow-covered street, and put the prepared pizza on the cooking shovel.

As I put the pizza into the coal stove, which produced enough heat, a delicious smell wafted out. While Yena couldn’t take her eyes off the stove, she ordered Jiyoon and Harin to set up the dishes and cutlery for her dining room.

When the first pizza was sufficiently baked, she took it out of the oven. Immediately, the second pizza was put in, and the finished one was placed on a wooden pie rack.

“Yena. Take it and eat with the others first.”
“Can I? Who is the Master?”

His eyes were fixed on the pizza. Even though she was so impatient that her mouth was watering because she wanted to eat quickly, she was cute with Jena who took care of me. He stroked her hair and smiled.

“It’s okay because I’m baking another one. Come on, eat before it gets cold.”

Her Shia approached Jena who was still hesitant. After she was captured, she felt awkward because Sia deliberately kept a distance from the Hunter team and didn’t talk to her.

Shia looked down at her Jena with her calm expression, and she suddenly raised one corner of her mouth and said in a voice that sounded like she was secretly boasting.

“Cheese and tomato pie made by the contractor. If you don’t eat it soon, you’ll regret it.”

It was only then that Jena carefully lifted the pie tray that gave off the savory cheese smell, and cautiously she headed to the table where the other two were waiting. The three of them spoke at the same time, as if they had heard that I had told them to eat first.

“Thank you for this food.”

As soon as she finished greeting her, she flew towards the pie as if the utensils were dancing. She each took a piece of the pie in front of her and hurriedly put it into her mouth.

“Yup… You drink too much…”

She was the first to react to Jena. She rubbed her cheeks intently, not sure if she was crying or laughing. Maybe I didn’t know how to cook well, but Harin looked quite surprised, and Jiyoon was just friends? Lovers? I don’t know which one, but I smiled at how good it was to eat together.

I watched the three of them enjoy their meal while talking and placing the second well-baked pie on the pedestal. It was food for Minji and Jisoo, who should have woken up by now.

“How about Sia getting closer with those three?”
“You are still a young chick. I’ll think about it later when I grow up a little more.”

If that’s what Sia meant. She shrugged her shoulders, then picked up the pie stand and went upstairs. On the way, she said she would do it herself, and Jiyoon and Yena tried to stand up, but she kept telling them to eat, and she quickly climbed her stairs.

The door to the room where there were no guests was open, so it wasn’t too difficult to find the room where the two were lying. I was about to open the door and put it on the table inside, but there was a sound coming from inside the room.

Harin and Jiyoon reacted like lightning to Yena’s muttered words.

“Yena, don’t say that because you’re hooked on food!”
“Right. Is she going to dump her after one day of dating?”

I thought the three of them had that kind of atmosphere, but it seemed like they really promised to go out. I felt so good that I could bake any number of slices of cheese and tomatoes… No, pizza.

“Great. I’ll make any number of plates.”
